Since 1968, Michel Vallee has held executive management positions in the financial services and investment banking industries both in the US and in Europe.

As Chairman of the Board and CEO of Blyth Eastman Dillon (France) S.A and the successor company, Paine Webber International (France) S.A, Mr. Vallee successfully led the business development of the European subsidiaries of the US parent throughout Europe.

Mr.Vallee 's international experience includes the development of an International Equities trading desk and the establishment of an Investment Management Unit while a partner and director at Hoare Govett,Ltd in London, UK ,a subsidiary of Security Pacific Bank of Los Angeles ,where he was responsible for the expansion into Continental Europe as well as for marketing to Scottish institutional investors.

In Oslo, Norway, he was the partner and director in charge of the International Markets and Asset Management Division for Carl Kierulf + Co A/S, the investment arm of Uni Storebrand A/S, a major Norwegian Insurance company where he was responsible for the Internal investment policy for the Group and led the establishment and management of a mutual funds division designed to help both the Institutional and Private Investors markets.

Michel is a graduate of the University of Paris, France Baccalaureate Program majoring in Philosophy, Languages and Business Administration. From 1968 through 1969, he attended the New York University Graduate Program for the New York Stock Exchange.
