He was most recently Senior V.P. of Groople.com where he was responsible for the overall online group hotel strategy and launched the industry first, award-winning consumer group booking website. He also played a major role in securing funding for the company.

Pawel offers exceptional experience and success in developing both business models and architecture for companies expanding their inventory base and migrating from conventional to ebusiness models and technology.

Prior to that he was Senior Business Strategy Manager for all air products at Cendant for Cheaptickets.com, Galileo and Trip.com where he developed plans and targets for the online air side of the business.

Pawel is also well known for creating the Internet strategy for LOT Polish Airlines, where he headed website development and increased site traffic by nearly 4000% within the first two years and exceeded online revenue and ticket goals thereafter.
